I had a 3:15 PM appointment yesterday. I called the office in the morning to see if I could possibly make the appointment a little later, and was told they don't show an appointment. I have the appointment card sitting right in front of me. They make an appointment for me at 3:45 PM. At about 3:20 PM I get a call from the office asking where am I. I told them just leaving the house (which is about 20 minutes away). I am told to hold on, which I do and then I'm told okay come to the office. At this time I cannot drive myself, so I have my boyfriend who is in construction, let his men go early from the job to take me. We are half way there and at 3:30 PM get another call that the doctor is leaving exactly at 3:45 PM and don't bother coming. If I had an appointment at 3:45 PM was he planning on seeing me or leaving? I was told to call the office when I got home, which I did, and no one answered or called me back. I took time off from my job for nothing. Will find another doctor

The best Dr.I ever had! He did surgery in my foot and I am able to go back to my regular hard training exercises. I am very greatful.

Doctor Bernstein professionality is above anyone can ever expect. His level of caring and urgency for the patient brings that up to a higher level of standard for everyone. To top it off the staff there is amazing! In the last few months, I've been to my share of doctor offices and they are by far the best! Like they actually want to be there, that it is more than just a paycheck; I'm assuming it's due to the way the Doctor treats them, always with respect and proffesionaism thank you all!!!

I just had my second surgery done a few days ago, but the First time with Dr. Bernstein, I wish I found out about him for the first surgery. I was amazed with his surgery. I feel great, 20% pain, post surgery, and work place is extremely neat, and clean, I trust my life in his hands, and you should too. 100% I recommend to have any foot, or ankle surgery done with DR. Bernstein
