This doctor and staff are rude and do not pay attention to details. On day of my surgery, doctor was not updated on correct surgery to perform on me and they gave me a drug that I am allergic to even though my paperwork clearly stated allergy and conversation with anesthesiologist went over the allergy night prior to surgery. As a result, I developed adrenal failure and was severely ill with two emergency room visits and it has taken me over a year to even begin to feel better and am still dealing with the consequences of this error made. as well as a knee replacement that feels like it needs replacing again there is so much discomfort.

I am a small woman who had a hip replacement - nothing out of the ordinary. He injured my SI joint, caused sciatica, huge pain and months of physical therapy. His PA did not give me a prescription for PT until I got through to him. A year later (surgery was 9/19), I have to get adjusted every month, as SI joint keeps getting displaced, surrounding area is painful. Would not recommend him for small people. Last visit he was not helpful in recommending solutions.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Barnett and his team. Top to bottom; first class, caring, dedicated, detailed and personal. The process Dr. Barnett and his team have developed thoroughly educated and informed me of what to expect, how to care for myself post surgery and how to recover optimally. The staff was very accessible and helpful. Te got back to me right away and were able to help me quickly, competently and professionally. Treana, Dr. Barnett's PA was remarkable and most importantly--actually listened to truly understand what I needed and how she could help me. The backroom staff was very quick and responsive to follow up and assure that prescriptions were filled promptly and that I was cared for immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnett for anyone who is considered hip replacement surgery.

I was recommended to Dr. Barnett from a customer/friend and although the appointment was trouble-free, my consultation was a farce....I have a degenerative left hip and the pain is excruciating, I expressed this to the Doc. But nothing I was suffering with affected his Oath to air and provide relief from pain and suffering. Dr. Barnett wouldn't perform surgery due to bogus concerns of infection...which is completely unfounded for me as an individual....I never get them and never had issues with infections from 6 other procedures. I think his concerns should be focused in a "STERILE FIELD" in the O.R. Now I found out that their medical group will impose restrictions if you should want to see one of the other practitioners in the same office HOW NICE of them....which stands to say that other doctors in that group are cronies that can't evaluate patients on their own merits SHAMEFUL EXAMPLE OF NOT CARING FOR A PATIENTS WELL BEING

I did not have a positive experience with this doctor at all. He apparently is not in business to help people.

I had both hips totally replaced about a year apart. I had the anterior (front thigh) method, as opposed to the posterior (thru the buttocks) method. Was told the replacements would be good for 20 years. Was told it was possible for them to last 30 years, but not enough info yet to verify. If that is the case, they will outlast me. Surgery went as told, hospital care was outstanding as was food @ Sand Canyon Hosp. Follow up indicates everything is great. He explained procedures very well
