Arrogant and demeaning
Dr. Ballas was the physician on call. My physician did not fill my rx for clopidogrel and I called the doctors office while at the Pharmacy. Dr. Ballas answered as the physician on call. I have never dealt with a medical professional who treated me so poorly. He was less than helpful and extremely rude to me.
