I took four extra pills and he just missed me without even opening the folder and looking at the new MRI that showed my spine was deformed. I'm having surgery done on my neck. He did not even look to see if there was a reason I took four extra pills. He was more concerned about four missing pills then he was the underlying problem because of my five mini strokes my brain when it's overwhelmed it stops so all I can say please don't do this. I begged this man not to do this. He would have just opened the folder he would have seen the new problem. I was seeing him for my other neck new problem was in my lower spine being deformed he didn't even open the folder. He didn't even know I had had this mini strokes and seizures because I only see him once . Every 6 months The last time I saw him my face was black and blue and I had a knot on my head and I don't remember how I got it don't remember how I got back in the bed don't remember anything. If he would only have opened the folder

Thankful for this Dr
I have several autoimmune diseases, I've had back and neck surgery. Dr Randall and Dr Andrew have got my pain under control. They worked with me on changing my meds until they found something that worked. Everyone at Randall pain management is kind and compassionate about what they do. My diseases are chronic and progressive and these two doctors really do care and don't want their patients in pain.

First Visit
Went with my mom after being referred to Dr. Randle by our orthopedic physician. I was very impressed with Dr. Randle‘s patience, compassion, and ability to explain things to my mother so that she felt comfortable with the planned procedure. Since then I have made contact with his office several times and they are amazing.

Dr. Randall managed to pinpoint a problem in one visit after 15 years of treatment with other doctors. With one diagnostic injection I was pain free immediately and was able to then move on to a permanent treatment that has left me feeling better than I have in a long time. His staff is very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend if you need pain management!

Best pain management out of 5 in 20 years. His blocks and nerve ablation give more relief and last longer than all docs. One of people at one core say it’s because he takes more time and doesn’t rush.

I was wrong about Dr. Randall, and didn't realize it until I changed Pain Management specialists. I let my frustration with the recovery, and my personality clash with his former PA, get in the way of my treatment. I had no idea what to expect from surgery, other than it was my only option. I should have spoken up about post surgery pain. He's not a mind reader. It took 3 years to get as bad as I was pre-surgery. The recovery was probably going to take close to the same time. I would recommend Dr. Randall to others in a heartbeat. He insisted surgery was the best option. The surgeon saw the damage and wanted to admit me the day of the consult. I would be in a wheelchair today had Dr. Randall not explained my spine was in bad shape.

Dr. Randall did a nerve burn on me that lasted for a year. I appreciate the relief I had afterwards. My other option was to have a surgery that would have fused several discs together. This was the better option.

Dr Randall was absolutely amazing! I hurt my back very bad. The pain was shooting down my leg and my entire foot/toes were numb. I fully followed his recommendation of a total of three injections and have been pain free for over a year. One injection was a huge improvement but three is best for longer results. I will probably have to get them again someday but so much better than a surgery - that may not even work. I’m so happy I found this doctor and that he is so good at what he does. I simply can’t say enough!!

I went to Dr. Randall for varicose veins in 2017. He answered all of my questions where I could actually understand what he was doing to help me. The procedures were a complete success. His staff made sure I knew I could contact them with any concerns following the procedures. His staff is professional and very friendly. It was a great experience from checking in at the front desk to leaving.
