Impatient and Very Rushed
My husband saw dr wall at the hospital while he was in for observation. Dr wanted to do a heart cath at the hospital. More experienced cardiologists in the past discouraged husband from having this done because it's high risk procedure, so he waited. Heart Cath can cause heart attacks although sometimes it is necessary, just depends on the situation. Dr Wall insisted on heart cath without considering other procedures. At the appointment, we were hoping for more understanding about the procedure. Doc was 20 min late getting to us for our scheduled appt, however, after 15 or 20 min of his actual time with us asking lots of questions, he all of a sudden got huffy. He spun around in his chair, started typing rapidly, and muttered under his breath that he did not have all day to discuss. We asked if he ever had a patient have a heart attack during a heart cath, he said only 1, but she was old lady. Got second opinion and didn't need cath. Found out there are other less invasive options.

If he gets competent office staff I would
The office staff was rude, inconsiderate and untruthful. When dealing with sick people you should be empathetic, not mocking and lying.

Great listener
Dr Wall was kind, thoughtful, forthright and made us feel that he had all the time in the world for us. He calmed our fears and ordered 1 more test, discontinued 1 medication and said to call him anytime! Terrific bedside manner!!
