Arrogant, self-promoting egotist…but…
Yes, he’s arrogant and egotistical and you will surely spend part of your visit listening to him speak about how he’s hung the moon…in fact, I came from a prestigious clinic with all of my medical records and he noticed this one particular lab that the other clinic had done, twice…at my next appointment, months later, he told me I needed this extra lab done because HE had DISCOVERED a need for it and HE had submitted HIS medical findings, blah, blah…!!! All of this nonsense is fine, I think it might come with the specialty! He did advocate for me with my insurance company and I am fairly certain it was the same arrogance that won them over to allow me to continue with my treatment plan…so I was very grateful for that. I usually spent more time with his nurse than I did with him, once she left the office the appointments were incredibly brief. I’ve since moved on.

Dr. Vincent is not a doctor he is a joke! He had no concern for my medical concerns. I have been having headaches that seem to be getting worse. He beat around the bush talking about everything else that had nothing to do with my visit. He gave me medication. I asked what about my headaches? He said we would talk about that next time. I was so frustrated. On my next we talked about headaches. He said well my wife has headaches and my kids have headaches. I just looked at him and said do you know what may be causing them? He said no do you? He is the most arrogant doctor I have ever seen. I will not recommend him to anyone! In the middle of my appointment why he was off subject AGAIN I just got up and left. On my way out I stop at the front desk and told the girls not to follow through with any other tests etc I will NOT be back.

I felt dismissed and belittled by Dr. Vincent. In the end, I didn't bring up concerns that I needed help with because I didn't feel comfortable sharing more with him.

Dr. Vincent is exceptional. He is thorough, takes time, and patiently answers questions. He explored the potential causes, explained the situation in detail, provided a summary of treatment options, explored the option I prefer, helped implement it. He seems very well educated.

I was initially impressed by Dr Vincent. I will say that he is knowledgeable. And I did like him after my first visit. His nurse on the other hand is one of the most difficult people I have ever dealt with. She doesn’t want to do her job, kept trying to get me to track down information for her. I worked in medical offices for years. We never would have asked patients to do the things she kept bugging me to do. More concerning: my 2nd appointment. Dr. V did no neurological exam whatsoever. We discussed the prior appt. And I brought up the reason I thought I was there which was some increased neuropathy in my feet. Without listening to me about what I was experiencing he said I needed to have a drive test to see if it was still safe for me to drive because they might come after HIM if I were to have an accident. He said my opinion didn’t matter. This triggered an anxiety attack and he LEFT while I was crying. Condescending Egotistical jerk. I want to be safe. But HE is not my concern.

We had spoken with three physicians feeling our elderly mother had Parkinson’s or possibly suffered a stroke because of some physical ailments. They all felt her signs were incidental to her age and previous surgeries. Within minutes of Dr. Vincent examining her, he immediately explained she was showing signs symptomatic of Parkinson’s which were easily missed by other excellent physicians and got her started on medication that day. Upon her follow-up appointment a month later, she had regained much strength, her balance and mobility improved beyond belief, and her overall happiness improved! Thank you very much for making life better for her and easier on our family as care givers!!

Is this guy an ego-maniac or what! If you try and explain something that you think you understand about yourself, he works overtime to let you know that you really know nothing. He even had to tell me how smart he was in my professional field! Loser.

He gave me very contradictory information between visits, then was rude when I expressed confusion. (I think he thought I was questioning his intelligence so he tried to make me feel stupid) When I tried to clear up the miscommunication and explain my confusion, he simply ignored me and left the room while I was mid-sentence - completely left my husband and I dumb-founded. It was already an emotional time for me as I was learning about abnormalities found in my brain scan. Extremely Insensitive.

There's no doubt that Dr. Vincent is a leader in the field when it comes to MS research. However, I have found his staff to be downright rude sometimes and unwilling to do their job. They sent me home with a preauthorization form I was supposed to "fill out", but it says "For Office Staff" at the top AND I don't know how to fill out most of the information, plus it's meant to be faxed to the place they want to refer me to. I'm disappointed in how unwilling the staff is to fill this out.

My son has a complex history, with autism and cognitive impairment. Dr. Vincent listened to everything I said, did not rush me or brush off my concerns. He was empathetic and kind. I also felt like he is pragmatic and sensible. No unnecessary tests. He recommended a medication for my son that seems to be working! I can't say enough good about him.

Dr. Vincent expertise is shown almost immediately as you walk through the door. He has excellent staff at the receptionist counter showing his dedication to proper treatment of all patients. As soon as you meet with Dr. Vincent, it is clear that he has taken the time necessary to study your profile and gain a better understanding of the issues that you may be feeling. My experience with him yielded some unfortunate news. He was very professional and offered many potential solutions.

Dr. Vincent is one of the best Dr's i have seen in quite sometime. I've been having what seem to be detrimental symptoms and have seen 15 doctors in the past 8 months. He was very kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable, listened to everything i had to say and explained everything very well. He is also running what i think to be nessecary tests that have given me hope to possibly finding the solution to my problem.
