I never made it to my first visit with Dr Schwartz. After spending 25 minutes on the phone to have a questioned answered I was told that I could be waiting 2 to 4 hours to be seen for my 12:30 appointment. I immediately cancelled and will be making an appointment with one of the other 200 ophthalmologists in Naples. No doctor is worth a 4 hour wait for a PRE ARRANGED appointment.

Great! Very professional and once exam was complete eased my concerns. He answered all of my questions. Office and staff very thorough, pleasant and very clean! Despite Corona!

When you are dealing with an issue threatening eyesight, Dr Schwartz is excellent. I understand that doctors experience emergencies in their office and those patients come first. I wait patiently because one day it could be me with an emergency. Dr Schwartz is no nonsense.
