Dr. Stephen Rubin - Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
What can I say - Dr. Rubin is absolutely amazing!! I am 43 years old and had an enlarged fibroid the size of my fibroid as well as a fibroid within my uterus. I was told laparoscopic surgery was not an option and a urologist would have to assist my doctor. That changed when I met Dr. Stephen Rubin. Not only was he extremely positive and confident that he could complete the surgery laparoscopically, but no urologist needed. Thank God for Second Opinions!! My husband and I felt at ease during Dr. Rubin description of the surgery. Dr. Rubin was kind, patient, confident. I arrived 30min. early for the appointment. Dr. Rubin saw me 30min. early. Not only was my surgery a success - no incision hip to hip, no urologist - laparoscopic all the way. I was walking 30min. after the surgery! One night in the hospital, not two. Dr. Rubin, thank you so much. Your calmness and expertise were appreciated more than you know. I will recommend you to my family, friends and colleagues.

I highly recommend Dr. Rubin! He is just so awesome. He is very calm, patient and takes time to talk to me. More importantly, he listens to my concerns. I truly believe that he saved my life.

Dr. Rubin is a fantastic surgeon. He operated on me and i went home in a day. I felt great and healed quickly. Scar is not even visable. Dr. Rubin is very professional and dedicated to his patients. He is dedicated to his patients and answers all questions. He also is a well know Oncologist and reseacher. He is listed as a top doctor in Philadelphia. He knows the latest drugs and treatments for cancer. He is an incredible accomplished Doctor. I would highly recommend him. Fox Chase is a very caring, friendly hospital.

I was given a hysteroscopy and D& C by Dr Rubin. He was professional but empathetic. I felt comforted and confident under his care. I'm currently experiencing some symptoms that are gynecologic & I'll definitely be seeing him.

dr rubin is amazing! he gave me my daughter for 4 more months before she passed. she had stage 4 colon cancer with liver mets. dr rubin will be forever in my heart!

Dr. Rubin is a kind and very caring physician. He explained my issues in detail and answered all my questions in a manner that the average layperson could understand. He spent as much time as I needed to explain all facets of my disease - I was never rushed. He performed surgery on me for a complete hysterectomy and I am so glad that I elected to go to Fox Chase. The staff, doctors, and especially the nurses were wonderful. I would recommend anyone with a cancer diagnosis go to FCCC.
