Well organized and professional experience. From my required x-ray to the check-in to the actual exam, everything was smooth and easy. I felt very comfortable throughout everything.

Dr. Rossman did a total right knee replacement which was a very complicated surgery. I can't begin to say how grateful I am that I am able to walk again without pain.He has a wonderful bedside manor and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Rossman is awesome! Can’t say enough great things about him and the entire team. If you see any negative reviews disregard them. They are only from patients that truly should blame themselves. If you see the reviews that mention “he said I was too fat” disregard them as well. I was vey fat and I am still a bit overweight. He never spoke down to me, never mentioned the word fat or obese, however he did explain the guidelines and BMI. If your BMI is 40 or above the joint replacement will fail due to the extra force exerted on your joints. No insurance company will PAY for the surgery and the medical device company will not recommend, or supply the joint replacement if your BMI is over 40. These are the guidelines period! My BMI was 61 with a weight of 455lbs. I got down to 290 to have the surgery! Best thing I could’ve done for myself, and I chose the right surgeon. Dr. Rossman is smart, kind, with signs of brilliance. He has the surgery skills of a wizard. He gave me two new hips that are strong and feel like new. He is the best.

From my very first visit, I was impressed by the exceptional care from Dr. Rossman and his staff. They took the time to explain everything, provided the right resources, and answered all my questions and concerns—plus, they patiently listened to my corny jokes! Dr. ROSSMAN is like no other doctor I know. He takes his time, explains things the way anybody understands. His bedside manners are impeccable, before, during and after any processor. I was lucky to be referred to Dr. ROSSMAN in June of 2022, he did my hip replacements in August 2022 and January 2023. He is an unbelievable kind, well mannered doctor and person. Dr. Rossman thoroughly explains procedures. He takes time to communicate with his patients.He used models of pelvic bones and cages to visually demonstrate a process for better understanding. Dr. Rossman preformed a TKA on my mother, at first she was very nervous but Dr. Rossman made her feel very comfortable. He has such a welcoming energy and he is very thorough, he will make sure you are well educated before you leave the door. The surgery itself was amazing and my mother is recovering very well. Dr Rossman did my hip replacement surgery in February 2024. Since after the recovery period, I have been feeling great. I turned to him with an advanced stage of coxarthrosis of the hip joint; I had no choice but to completely change the joint. Dr. Rossman is amazing, very thorough, compassionate and great bedside manners.The staff was very helpful especially Jenna. I made a request to her, if the Dr. could see me right away as I had a personal commitment right after. The staff did every thing they could and respected my request. Even Dr. Rossman came into the room right away to see me so I could get done as soon as possible.

After years of trying conservative measures, it was determined that the arthritis behind my knee had progressed and started causing dislocations that got worse in intensity and time recovering. At 50yrs old I had a total right knee replacement July 2024. I was made aware of potential complications due to underlying conditions but we were hopeful. Despite my best efforts with aggressive PT & at home, it was decided an MUA was necessary for the best outcome. Dr. Rossman, Anthony Grande, Melody & honestly his entire staff were kind, encouraging and supportive! They were there to help with the concerns I faced, some expected, others were surprising. I have 115• flexion (pt can get me to 130!) & my last goal is to achieve 0• extension ( I was a small % who couldn’t get my leg straight was @ 25• it affected my gait terribly) I’m so close & very determined. They are still supporting my recovery & my personal goals. I’m depending on them now to keep my left knee as healthy as possible.
