The doctor was very professional and helpful.

Pulido is literally obese. Not very helpful. He didn't care about developing a rapport at all. Wasted my hour and the office didn't inform of free garage parking prior to visit. Non-white office.

My care provider is an engaged listener and I feel heard. I always feel like my concerns have been addressed and I don't feel rushed. I feel like he cares about me.

Dr Pulido was awesome!

He’s a nice enough doctor but he is always finding an excuse to see you instead of referring you to a specialist. In our first visit which was billed as a wellness visit, I did no labs, no physical. The office said Pulido doesn’t do this on the first visit. He just wants to “get to know you”. I don’t know how many people have time or money to see a doctor multiple times for a physical. If you value your time, I’d try someone else. I waited 6 months to see him for a wellness check just for him to say hi. Then I waited an extra 2 months to actually get the check done.

The doctor, the lab technician, the nurses, and the reception staff were all excellent. I really appreciate that the facility has a lab and is able to run my blood tests on site and get me results so quickly.

Dr Pulido is a great listener and is a compassionate provider. He reallys cares about me and my care. Unlike many other providers, Dr Pulido takes a vested interest in my care/my history/my future medical plan and puts it in action. I never feel rushed and DR listens to concerns and issues.
