Terrible
I saw Dr Potts in the fall for a chronic sore throat and hoarseness. He seemed rushed and I felt I was imposing on his time. After numerous visits, including a very painful biopsy, he referred me to a specialist at an out of network group. After one visit the specialist advised clearing out my sinuses with OTC meds and the symptoms quickly went away. Basic advice that eluded Potts. His lack of interest caused months of pain and significant out of pocket expenses. I chose not to review him and let it go. However, he saw my young granddaughter for a series of ear infections. He advised removing her adenoids and inserting tubes. When my son arrived for the surgery he was told my Granddaughter was under weight for anesthesia. Potts never checked weight nor did he say it could be an issue. This was a ridiculous over sight and shows his complete lack of patient awareness. There are a number of very fine doctors at PENTA, Potts isnt one of them.

Very Nice Doctor, but very vague.
Dr Potts fixed my problem but did not explain what caused my problem or tell me what to do to prevent reoccurrence. I asked questions but received no answers.

Receptionist very helpful & polite. The nurse coughing, had to leave the room from coughing so much. When she returned she said she had been sick, shouldn't be there .Dr. Potts came in,did not wash hands, hand sanitizer,or gloves, asked why I was there and with a quick exam of my ears, mouth using wooden tongue depressors, and nose, said, looks fine.I asked,"what is on the inside of my cheek, it IS something", he gave a answer like,"it's just a swollen salivary gland".I showed him a picture of my mother with her mouth and sinus cancer and shared my concern, He said "it looks benign", on my tongue where my dentist had concern, Dr. Potts said "it's like a skin tag" and as far as my nose , he said "it's fine". My husband who was in the room with me said he saw Dr. Potts adjust his chair twice while holding the tongue depressors in his hands. My husband and I have been sick the whole month of February after my appt. and had to go to our Reg. doctor to get prescriptions for respiratory infections.
