Best caring and professional doctor I've ever seen. He explains medical conditions very clearly and something that is rarely seen nowadays: takes time with patients to explain medical diagnostic and treatment and listens to what we have to say. I keep recommending friends and family. He is a native English speaker and also speaks Spanish like a native speaker.

Horrible Doctor, very rude, condescending towards staff and patients. His staff is all interns who just came out of school so he doesn't pay them and mistreats them. I went during the summer for blood work (during covid) and he had no a/c on except for his office of course. When I asked his staff to turn on the A/c they said he doesn't allow them to, so I asked him to turn on the a/c and he told me "NO, if i turn it on all summer the electricity bill would be too high!" Thats DR. Perez! He shares an office with a pediatrician, and that same day in the waiting area there was a 1 year old crying (probably cause it was too hot in there) and he came out and told the parent to "shush the baby" cause he couldn't think!!! Neither me Or my family have ever returned to him ever since and I advise everyone to do the same!

Terribly rude, unprofessional, unethical, and abusive to staff and patients !!! DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy verbal abuse !!

IF YOU HAVE KIDS DONT GO HERE HE DISLIKES KIDS SPECIALLY IF THEY CRY MY 2 YEAR OLD CRY AND HE CAME TO US TO SHUSH WITH HIS FINGER WITH NO WORD NO GOOD MORNINGS AND REFUSE TO SEE ME AFTER BLOOD WORK WAS DONE VERY SMART HE GOT PAID BUT THEN ASK ME NEXT APP DON'T BRING MY BABIES WITH ME CAUSE THEY WERE DISRUPTIVE TO HIS EARS A 2 AND 1 OLD BABIES WHO ARE NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO STOP CRYING WHEN ASKED!! HE'S A DR HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!UNDERSTAND BETTER!!UGLY EXPERIENCED I HAD
