Dr Pappas has already taken away the pain from my horrific accident 3/29/2019. My car was totaled by Lighthouse Trolly. And there are no side effects from his pain management. I have never had to increase the level of medication. I consider that miraculous. He is a genius in my mind. He has accomplished something none of the other doctors could. That included Dr Topp, Dr. Bovinet and Dr Morales. The last I saw him I complained that my feet were hurting as a result of chemo and I have a hard time walking because my feet are hurting so much. If he can prescribe something for that, it would be great. And it is more than my cancer doctor will do. He is a genuinely caring doctor!!! I can't give him a high enough recomendation! Horrible- NO time or true concern for pt welfare- have elevated liver values due to meds HE prescribed and wouldn’t change the meds unless he got an MRI even though nerve test shows pinched nerves in my neck. Man has said less than 10 words to me in 4 visits and his staff is rude- don’t get meds refilled and don’t call you when they say they will. I have to start with a new Dr- I can’t live w/o my liver or these horrible stomach pains and HE DOES NOT CARE

Very disappointing. My symptoms mild headache, nausea, tingling in my hands, feet and mouth. I saw my primary care, cardiologist had numerous test run all good. Dr Pappas would not make an appointment until I came and got the paperwork filled it out. Day of exam the lady wanted a brief history per her own words. The exam performed by the Dr consisted me walking across the room, he looked in my eyes and felt my neck. He left the exam room with no comment about what test he wanted to perform. The girl said that they wanted to make sure that the procedure did not require pre-cert. I explained that my insurance didn't require pre-cert for outpatient work. She would not call that day. I left the office frustrated. Called the office the next day to find out what procedure he wanted to perform. She was calling the insurance that morning. Took over one week for her to call me. I don't trust the office which is sad because now I have to start all over again

After many years of unsuccessful attempts by other physicians to treat my sleep disorders and related neurological condition, I am now sleeping peacefully thanks to Dr. Pappas. I have found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been a great help and blessing to me, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Pappas has accurately diagnosed and treated numerous nerve and pain conditions with superior knowledge and advanced technologies. By applying these machines by well trained technicians, outstanding nurses, tentative receptionists, and the application of his abilities, I am able to lead some sort of normal life now.

Isn’t very personable. The young man who did my EMG was very friendly but the rest of the staff were not friendly including Dr. Pappas. I saw him for less than 5 min.

My experience with Dr. Pappas has been excellent. As have the assist from the nursing & administrative staff. Dr. Pappas has been able to control the severity & duration of my headaches & frequency of my seizures. Dr. Pappas is also very thorough in looking for causes/contributors to my condition, even as far as texting for pinched nerves. I like Dr. Pappas and would not hesitate to recommend Jim.

Dr. Pappas has been treating my cluster headaches for several years now. Cluster headaches, otherwise known as "suicide" headaches, are so painful as to be debilitating and are very tricky and difficult to treat. With his expertise, the treatment I have received from Dr. Pappas has always worked in spite of my being a " challenging case" (his words). He and his staff are very caring people who have always went the extra mile to help me. I recommend him to anyone suffering from headaches.

Dr. Pappas has an office staff that are rude and never answer the phone as Sylvia said we are too busy. They don't listen to voicemail which most it goes there. I left a message I would not be there my ride didn't show up. Charge $25! Talked to Sylvia about my calling in, she said since this is your first time I'll let business know. I just got another bill! I have actually saw Dr. Pappas for maybe 5 minutes each visit. The last visit never saw him, just his nurse, charged for visit $149.00

His staff is not friendly and not professional. They travel so it is very hard to get in contact with their office and they don't return messages in a timely manner. I am outraged and even when I voice my concern it still is put on the back burner.

Doctors now have too many locations and it is a hassle to get any information. Very little time spent with patients. It's all about the money.
