He burned and scarred my face FOREVER! I ended up in OSU burn center for several months and 3 different doctors to attempt to fix my face. DONT TRUST HIM!

WARNING: AVOID DR. NOGAN & HIS OFFICE
If you're considering surgery with Dr. Nogan, be warned. My experience was filled with negligence, dishonesty, and a lack of professionalism. Dr. Nogan canceled my surgery at OSU and pushed me to his private practice, making me wait three months and charging more. The final bill was higher than expected with uncommunicated charges, including a procedure that was supposed to be free. Months later, I was hit with a $2,200 anesthesia bill from a third-party provider I wasn’t told about. The office manager didn’t even know who provided the anesthesia, showing disorganization. Dr. Nogan forgot to remove my sutures months after surgery. Despite my complaints of pain, he almost sent me home without checking. Only after I asked did he realize his mistake. This experience has been mentally draining. I’m still waiting for my medical records and feel betrayed by a practice that refuses to take responsibility.

WARNING: Avoid Dr. Stephen Nogan – Feb 14, 2025

I had a rhinoplasty to reshape the tip of my nose. I was very nervous about going through the whole process, and the possibility of it not turning out as I had hoped. Dr. Nogan explained exactly what he would do & made me feel very comfortable. Actually, he went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable - He stopped by to speak with me the morning of the surgery just to go over everything one last time & he texted me after the surgery to check in. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Nogan - I am thrilled with the results! He is the real deal. Don’t waste time or money with someone else. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again Dr. Nogan! ??

I could not be happier with the lower face lift performed by Dr. Nogan. I’m 62 years old and love that my look is natural and youthful. I feel more confident, and refreshed, and found the down time to be minimal. I was impressed by Dr. Nogan’s ability to listen to my concerns, his talented technique, professional manner, and confidence. The staff is wonderful and caring too. I highly recommend Dr. Nogan.

I cannot say enough great things about this team! I have seen 3 different professionals at this office for aesthetic and medical reasons and continue to be blown away by their level of professionalism, genuine care for all patients (including great memory!) and the quality of service of which I receive. I have referred over 5 people to this team, and will keep doing so-- I am a forever patient/client! HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Nogan did a great job in substantially increasing my nasal breathing capacity. After many years of nasal obstruction that contributed to sleep apnea and other sleep issues, he performed nasal valve reconstruction surgery resulting in great success almost immediately. My only regret is that I didn’t do the surgery decades ago. Dr. Nogan was very considerate as well as very adept. Great results.

Dr. Nogan did sinus surgery and corrected my deviated septum. Not only are he and his staff friendly, but they are also extremely talented, knowledgeable and open. If I ever get any other facial surgery, I'll be sure to come to him again.

I was referred to Dr. Nogan at OSU after I experienced a very poor attempt at Moh’s surgery performed by a dermatologist at Northeast Dermatology in Gahanna. Dr. Nogan immediately instilled confidence that he could successfully repair my nose. He spent time explaining his plan, listening , taking pictures , and genuinely caring. He even called the night before the surgery and after to see if I had questions or concerns. His staff is just as caring . Very positive experience with Dr. Nogan!

If there were a 6, I’d click. He’s part of an excellent team of surgeons and I would consider as one of the best. Skills are only one element of a pure professional in his field of expertise. But he also has an excellent bed-side manor tied with a down-to-earth attitude and sense of humor. Thanks for all you’ve done to help my wife.

Dr Nogan was compassionate and took the time to answer any questions my family members or I had. He was part of the staff who performed my acoustic neuroma surgery at OSU alongside my primary surgeon Dr Adunka and Dr Prevedello. Care at OSU was exceptional and the level of care that Dr Nogan provided was so appreciated. He is a great physician and I was lucky to be under his care.
