Horrible experience. Went for help with delayed sleep phase insomnia which he knows nothing about. He likes to think he's a master psychologist, asks a lot of questions but never asked if I sleep with a partner which would seem pretty basic to me. Once he realizes that you're not buying his line of nonsense by signing up for a long course of cognitive behavioral therapy he becomes rude, abusive, and nasty. Without a doubt the worst manner I've ever seen in a doctor. Nasty little man.

I went to Dr. Newman for an odor in my classroom which was making me sick! I was positive it was formaldehyde. He did not believe it was formaldehyde considering many factors yet was one of the few doctors who believed that my work environment was the root of my health issues. Without hesitation, he wrote a note indicating that my students and I should be moved to another location. SAFE levels of Formaldehyde were AIR BORNE Yet NO SOURCE! The source is most likely in the still in the room!

Dr. Newman is such an excellent clinician. He took time listening, explaining and creating a plan of care for me. He coordinated, advocated and communicated with other medical professionals who provide care for me. The office staff are also above average with efficiency and accuracy during my visits. I am an RN and it was refreshing to be able to find this doctor who is truly amazing.
