Nice if you can reach him
Hes a nice generalist, in person. Doesnt really take control of your health situation. Always refers you out if theres an issue. Admin staff- calling, leaving messages, having a question - is absolutely horrible. Now hes into money making voodoo like body sculpting and hair potions. Obviously decided to sell out.

We have been a patient for a long time! But he is never available for a question! My daughter, also an MD, just had a very bad confrontation with the office manager Lori! My husband and I came down with Covid and had the infusion yesterday! My husbands oxygen was very low, so we asked or trying to ask for oxygen at home! Told go to ER No way lost 2 relatives in the ER because you have to do what they are told! All we need is a home oxygen tank! No we have to be evaluated! Asked if we could do that on line? AnswerNO SO YOU WANT SICK COVID PEOPLE TO COME TO IFFICE OR BETTER YET GO TO ER, savest for your office! We do not think that is a family practice! If communication in the new locations are not improving we have to look for a family Dr We do like Dr Luther, but not used to treatment like that! My daughter is licensed in PA so that does not work! She specially drove to the office and was rudely sent away!

Dr. Luther is very caring and always listens to concerns and questions. If you address questions or concerns through the patient portal he and his staff answer promptly.

Dr. Luther is a kind man and a competent physician. However it is impossible to get in to see him for anything but a planned -in-advance appointment. Any thing more urgent, you'll probably have to go to the emergency room or urgent care.

Appointment was rescheduled 4 times. Once checked in I waited an hour before seeing Dr. Luther. Office staff is very inflexible and not helpful or friendly. You can not reach anyone by phone. Overall experience was very negative. Will not return to this practice.

I saw this doctor about 4 times. He never did anything except talk. Never even listened to my lungs or heart. Doent care what I have to say. He only tells me stuff I already know, nothing more. Its like he is reciting from a text book. He needs to stop talking and start listening. And to add insult to injury all he does is push drugs. He says "God bless you" when he leaves the room after doing nothing but tapping away on a computer. If you refuse his drugs he has no other options. Ive worked in the medical field for over 25 years and I can tell you straight up, I know a good doctor when I see one, and he is not a good doctor. I would not go back. An appointment with Dr Luther is a waste of my co-pay.

Not a Fan of this Doc – Jul 30, 2020

Annual wellness visit consisted of more time with nurse and no labs ordered although I’m on a medication that should have blood level at least once a year. No removal of any clothing, did listen to lung sounds and heart through clothing. The amount billed to insurance was $574!

Pretty bad. I don't see how this doctor gets a rating of 5 stars. I had several test performed, as I hadn't had a complete physical in years, he never looked at the results. Ends up I have very bad osteoporosis and I've done everything in my life to keep from getting it. Seems like your genes have more to do with your health than what you try to do to keep yourself healthy. Only after getting a copy of my records, did I find all of the errors regarding my medications and my overall health.
