Misdiagnosis multiple times, and his solution was always physical therapy.

This office seriously lacks customer service skills. The office manager has zero interest in meeting the clients needs, and apparently that is a supported behavior. Occasionally you come across someone who clearly needs it to be "their way" and ONLY "their way"- that would be the situation here, and frankly just rude. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. Terrible Experience.

Had a broken metacarpal in my hand. He set it badly - it was never returned to the correct position - and then, when I asked him about it, refused to answer my questions, got defensive, and would not give me meaningful advice. Also, office staff were not all wearing masks and they did not tell me how much I would be billed.

I've heard good things from close friends about Dr. Simpson. However, if your case requires pain mitigation you will not receive appropriate empathy, quantity or strength to address your pain. I was prescribed zero medication after a Friday appointment and after 2 more appointments for pain was referred to pain management services which would not be able to see me for at least a week and was prescribed NOTHING for pain for that time and zero empathy was displayed. Thank God for Dr. Basu, who immediately picked up where Dr Simpson dropped the ball.

Dr. Simpson performed quadriceps repair surgery on me several months back. The injury was caused by me taking a bad fall off a porch and landing on my knee. His surgery was highly effective. Now 3+ months past my injury, and after about 6 weeks of PT, I have regained full range of mobility with my knee and leg, and am walking normally, including up and down stairs, with no assistance of any sort. His caregiving and attention to detail were first-rate. Highly recommend him without reservation.

Great if you already have an outside diagnosis and just need to have a cast fitted or similar; my kid had a broken arm and Dr. Simpson set the cast in a way that realigned the bones and avoided surgical repair. Good outcome thanks to his skill. Not good at diagnosing injuries. He said he didn't see anything wrong w/me - my injury ended up needing a 9 hour surgery by specialists in Boston. Affiliated with a for-profit corp that values $$ over people's health thus has to deny $$ treatments.

I was glad I came to dr. Simpson he was not in a hurry to rush to surgery and tried every avenue to avoid it at my request and he listened to everything I said and even consulted with another surgeon about me. I'm still in healing procrss but I'm very glad that I went to Dr. Simpson.

Productive visit. He clarified what was happening with my shoulder and was interested in what I had to say. He's the first dr. Who didn't say to me that I would just have to live with the limitations and pain.
