Waiting on hold at least 10 minutes to simply speak to any live person and only allowed to leave VMs for everyone else. Takes them 1 to 2 days to respond. I couldn’t get a prescription filled for 11 days due to this VM problem and they don’t read what the pharmacy’s concern is, they just resend the original prescription with the same problem. After days when I finally got to speak to the Office Manager she wouldn’t answer my question when I ask if she thought it was even possible if her office had dropped the ball at all.

Excellent dermatologist who explains in detail and takes care of his patients. I have been a patient for years. Skin cancer is not pretty and scarring will occur after procedures, people need to understand this. I would recommend him to anyone with skin conditions. Darby

i have been going to Dr. Kessler for over 5 years. Wait times used to be bad but not so much the last couple of years. He and his staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. I have the type of skin that scars easily and as long as you follow directions, the scaring is minimal. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

He removed a mole that looked unusual, left large hold in arm, did not consider how this might look afterwards, very unhappy. I've had other moles removed by another Dr. and they ensured the scar was minimal, even used a stich or two as needed.

Dr. Kessler seems like he is doing everyone a favor just by showing up. His patient skills are terrible, the last time I saw him he was upset that he couldn't leave early and I felt he took some of it out on me. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Wait time is terrible. Always 45 min to hour wait. Sometimes longer. Staff are not friendly. I can see why, everyone in the waiting area are upset about the wait.
