During surgery he did another procedure to which I did not consent beforehand and was not part of the plan... adding to the pain and healing burden from my main procedure. I still have an unhealed fistula after 2 surgeries with Dr. Kaplan and may have to have a 3rd elsewhere. He drained my abcess out of two incisions initially and then ‘forgot’ he did that. Very upset by lack of professionalism and follow up, communication.
