Bronx Location Only:Front Desk extremely unprofessional, abrasive, and highly rude. Very unbecoming attitude of Mary, the Front Desk Administrator. I underwent a very disturbing experience as I was obliged to visit the office only to schedule an appointment because she never returned my calls and repeatedly stated that she would return my call after speaking with Doctor. After waiting two weeks and after placing a multitude of calls striving to schedule and appointment I opted in traveling a long distance away with the attempt of scheduling an appointment in person. When I arrived and explained the reason for my visit she stated that I should not be there. I replied by stating that I had called every day for 2 weeks and she did never had an an answer for me! I expressed to her that I was giving her the utmost courtesy and I did not appreciate her rudeness, loudness nor disrespect.

I underwent a very disturbing experience ascI visited the office only to schedule an appointment because she never returned my calls as she said she would. While I was at the front she rudely asked why was I there when she clearly said she would call me. I replied by stating that I had called every day for five days and she did not have an answer for me!!!!!I expressed to her that I was giving her the utmost courtesy and I did not appreciate her rudeness nor disrespect.
