Trying to get through to talk to an actual human is almost impossible. Once you are able to talk to someone they are not medical professionals, they are like operators taking messages and passing them on. If they do get passed on, your lucky to EVER get a call back, a prescription filled, or a Dr or nurse actually taking the time to pick up the phone to call to see what the issue is. If you're a Dr you need to make sure you have time to give your patients the care they need. After all with the cost of Healthcare, the money you pay them for a service, you should be able to receive good care within a decent time frame. A Dr is only as good as he treats his patients. It takes nothing to put on a white jacket, it takes a great Dr to take time to actually listen, and treat their patients!! My time is as important as yours Dr Hayes. My families needs are as important as yours. You used to have a personal touch, a feeling like you cared. We got calls back from you, you had empathy and a drive to get the answers your patient desperately needed. The office has to many patients not enough Dr's, and definitely not enough ancillary medical staff to do the job right. Someday someone is going to die because of the lack of attention your patients deserve. Shame on this office.

Dr Hayes has been my families doctor for over 25+ years. He is courteous, always concerned about his patience, returns our calls personally. Gives us the best advise concerning our health. He is the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes for about twenty-five years. I have found him knowledgeable, patient, and thorough always. I consider myself fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr.Hayes has done an excellent job treating me and my spouse for many years. He keeps very good records and is super with ‘follow ups’. He refers to specialists as needed. If he isn’t available has good medical partners who ‘step up’ or fill in for him.
