Today - Sept. 11, 2018 marks 18 years of life given me by Dr. Eli. He and the wonderful staff at Mission removed a myxoma from my heart that would have soon caused heart failure and my death. Thank you, Dr. Eli for 18 years of life. William Newton Hendersonville, NC

Our son was in the hospital in Asheville and we were fortunate to have Dr. Ely as his doctor. He was more than just a doctor as he showed us where to park our car to have easier access to the hospital, he called us every night to give us a report on our son, he made arrangements to send him to Chapel Hill where is could get the treatment that he needed and he said to us "I will do everything I can to save your boy"...and he did. He is fine today. Thank you Dr. Ely. The Beebe's.

Dr. Ely is a phenomenal surgeon. His incredible surgical skills coupled with his caring demeanor make him the perfect surgeon. He is totally dedicated to his profession and to the patients he serves.
