Horrible Doctor. It was apparent he does not like anyone with a weight issue, He want on and on about Americans are overweight when I told him my husband was diabetic. He knows my husband who is tall and thin, yet he went on an on about heavy people. Then I had knee pain and he kept telling me it was my weight, and would no send me to a specialist. After about 7 months I of me begging to get an X-ray, he finally relented. the X-ray was clear. But my pain was getting worse. He finally wrote me a referral and it turned out that I had 2 meniscus tears. By this time I had limped for almost a year and the result was my other kneecap became misplaced and now that knee needed surgery. I spent too long with Dr Dewitt, so my bad for not finding a new doctor sooner. Beware of this doctor if you are at all overweight.

Very good, honest with his opinions about my health, and I can trust anytime. Hope and pray for good health, Dr. Dewitt.

Excellent clinician. Takes time for examination and asks questions and thoroughly answers patient's questions in a clear and compassionate manner. Dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable staff. A rare physician, terrific doctor who practices the art of medicine.

I scheduled an appointment for a standard physical and received a $1300 bill for being a new patient. When I called to dispute the billing code I was told the policy was posted all over the office and that I am not the first to have this problem. To me I feel I am being scammed because I am a new patient for a standard physical. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Friendly, caring, intelligent. Treats me with respect. Really takes his time to discuss my health, review diseases and treatments and listens to me.
