Incompetent
My father in law went to this man and he gave him a diagnosis of diabetes that has stayed in his chart from 2017-2024. My FIL has never been diabetic. His labs show it. He put him on metformin to manage his “prediabetes” and his blood pressure. My FIL has End stage renal disease, he would not send him to a specialist to be monitored at the start of it. He wanted to manage himself. When he left the practice he was at the NP finally referred him to a kidney doctor and he was at stage 4. The kidney doctor changed many of his medication and said it could have helped induce the kidney disease further. He had polio on his left side and he would not write a handicap pass for my fil that left him out of going a lot of places. The amount of problems he has caused longterm and took away from his lifestyle everyone should know to steer clear of him.
