I had a great experience with Dr. Balleh at the Stafford ER. He was caring and actually listened to me

Horrible Experience with Dr. Stephen Balleh
May have been delt with terrible staff tonight. Went to the Mary Washington ER in Stafford tonight, left defeated and helpless for my daughter. The board stated 3-16-2022, Dr. Anker, Nurse Melanie. Completely old information, no one updated the board. According to one nurse, it was old info displaying on the board. The person on the FL tonight was Dr. Stephen Balleh. My experience with Dr. Stephen Balleh was awful, terrible, dismissive, unbothered, careless, money hungry. They cared more about rushing to use the room. This man was on his cellphone while I was explaining my concerns for my daughter. I asked to speak to him 4 times after his Physician assistant was extremely dismissive towards my daughter's health issues. He saw me ask for him, he walked away. His staff kept making excuses for him. His head nurse on the FL name Jamie said she was the one in charge when I asked to speak to someone regarding treatment. Jamie the RN started yelling and threatened to call security on me whil
