Exceptional
Dr. Carter is very patient and thorough. She explains everything and answers all questions. She is personal like a friend and genuinely cares about women’s well being. I thank God she was there for me at an unexpected time. Since then I choice her as my doctor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for genuine care.
