The Real Deal
It’s been a journey to find Dr Stafford. That , in short, makes me happy to have a doctor that is kind, listened and explained. Didn’t feel rushed and her nurse, Jessica, was wonderful. So thankful to have found Dr Stafford. She’s the real deal and truly cares.

Dr. Stafford communicates well and is very caring. Her office personnel made it easy to schedule appoints and get referrals. My concerns were due to office set-up and testing. There is no privacy with a sample window in a examining area or private room! The first sample-testing, I was directed to go across the hall to the lobby's public rest room! The next visit, I was sent to the public facility in the waiting room! At other times, the collection cup was given with check-in and returning to the waiting room. The worse part was afterwards, when the sample had to be carried through the public area and placed on an open counter, along with other samples, behind office personnel. These personnel always kept their heads down, refusing to give directions. The nurse was never around to assist. The set-up was always slightly confusing, embarrassing, and bazaar!

I paid extra for blood work and was not able to get results. Front desk was a guy who said I can go to another office to get my results read? Makes no sense. Wasted money and now they won’t let me get my results from a nurse unless I pay them $140 just for results. Do not recommend they even said “if you talk to the doctor about anything else we will charge you $230 “! Like these people should work as debt collectors they’re so awful

She is very professional but has the added feature of being interested in what I, as a patient have to say or ask. Friendliness is not found in many busy physicians, but she is very friendly as well, and very easy to communicate with.
