amazing caring Dr.

As a new patient I was scheduled out 6 weeks (1st available) to 08/31/2017 at 6pm. I patiently waited and received a confirmation text from her office on 08/30/17. On 08/31/17 as I'm driving to her appointment I received a call from the office saying they have to reschedule. They rescheduled for the following day 09/01/2017 at 3pm. On 09/01/17, my appointment had to be cancelled again. Next available for another 6pm is in October. For a Psychiatrist I would think she knows the urgency for care.

Dr. Rikhy is awesome. I could list all of the adjectives in the world, but suffice it to say that you just KNOW she is actually listening and CARES about you. Professional, kind, understanding.

I love her! She is very nice and very down to earth. Her office is nice and small and the staff is pleasant , I have never waited long to see her.

Dr. Rikhy is gentle and compassionate. She lets me talk and she REALLY listens! I was so nervous that I would have another bad experience with a psychiatrist but she put me at ease. She is brilliant but never talks down to you. It took me over 2 months to get in with her and it was worth the wait

After waiting a month and a half for the appointment (which supposedly with dr.May) and a long waiting room visit she takes me in and shows me my prescriptions records "that she pulled without permission "tells me she can't treat me because I take too many controlled meds. Which I told them and were written down when I made the appointment. In the past 6 month I been to the hospital had a nerve conduction test at neuro., a Rheumatologist x-ray and waiting for results 2 or 3 times blood work

Doesn't keep appt as schedule or return phone call or messages from patients.

Made an appointment for early AM. Her secretary told us she was in her car and 10 minutes away. After 20 minutes she called in to the office and we were advised that she decided not to come in. We had already paid our copay and was told that we would receive a refund the very next week in a check, in addition to an appointment the next week as we had been inconvenienced. Two weeks went by and still no call for an appointment. It is now a month and we are still waiting for our refund. Worst!

I love this doctor because she is nice however.... Her front desk and her office will withhold your records and in return deny you treatment!! I had requested my records 2 months prior which they confirmed they received. They told my primary office they could not have dictated reports of my visits because they were not a psychiatric office!! I been with this office since 2012... And this is unacceptable.

She and her office refuse to help people who have been recently hospitalized or might be considered a liability. She consults with her partner and is unable to make decisions on her own. If you truly need help, look elsewhere.

She has always been very compassionate and easy to speak with. Very conservative on her treatments. I also had my adult daughter see her.
