Billing is the worst I have ever experienced!
I stopped going to Dr Marioneaux in Nov 2022 for 3 reasons 1) a front desk admin staff did the examination with the eye chart and wrote my prescription which ended up being incorrect. 2) they do not bill in a timing manner. Last week (April 2025), I received a bill for May 2019, Jun 2019, June 2020, June 2021, Feb 2022 and Nov 2022. When I called the office, they said it was because of insurance. That is BULL! I also think she does procedures that are not necessary.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Marioneaux and her staff are very professional. from start to finish, our visit is pleasant. Dr Marioneaux is so knowledgeable and on point with her diagnoses and treatment of my husband and my eye condition. I highly recommend her if you are looking for overall care of your eyes.

Dr. is a 5, Billing system a 0.
Dr. Marioneux is an excellent doctor. My husband & I have received services from her. The only concern is the billing system was horrible. The worse I have ever experienced.

Dr Marioneux is excellent. She answers your questions and explains in a way you understand. She is not only interested in examining your eyes but factors that affect your eyes such as diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity, heart conditions, medications prescribed by your pcp etc..... Her staff is pleasant. The only complaint I have is that the billing gets screwed up.

I would not recommend this doctor. She missed diagnosed me. She is very aggressive in wanting to do laser surgery when not necessary. Waits to the last second to dilate your eyes ?!very uncomfortable with the amount of patients waiting to be seen & the swift actions of the doctor trying to get in and out of rooms she was informative with her answering of questions however I left the office very uneasy and non-trusting. I went for a second opinion. I am much more comfortable with this new Doctor

My Family and I have been a patient of Dr. Marioneaux for over 25 years and we recommend anyone to her for the complete care of the eyes. My wife and I have had surgical procedures by her and our grown children have been seen by her on many occasions for routine but important eye care. Dr. Marioneaux is the most thorough physician I have ever had in my life and she really cares and goes well beyond the norm in explaining the medical situation you have. You always see her not NP or NA!

The wait time was fast, after completing the form it took about 7 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Marioneaux, and her team are friendly, efficient, and comprehensive. Dr. Marioneaux is polite, thorough and answered all my questions which gave me comfort.
