Dr Lovell took great care of my Dad in the ER. She was very friendly, explained everything in detail, followed up in detail. I can only hope we see her again if we ever end up in the ER.

Horrible experience with this physician in ER. She ordered a medication that was not used for my symptoms. I asked her to explain med to me. She did not return. 30 min later nurse gave broad description of med.I took the medication and I had a severe reaction. This happens with 5% of people who take this medication. I deserve to be educated in what i am putting in my body. Was a very traumatic experience. Felt like I couldn't breathe, increased heart rate, flushed all over. Felt unsafe.

She didn't take in consideration anything that was discussed or in my file. I understand her desire to stick with procedure and policy but there is a right way to go about that and a wrong way. Due to the six hour wait to be seen by a different doctor I choose to travel to a different hospital. I don't feel like she even tried to help me. The other staff members of that specific emergency room know my condition so she could have verified 100% that I was not malingering.
