Dr. Stephanie Jones, MD

I have seen Dr. Jones for many years, and I have finally had enough of her and her office staff. Everyone is treated like 'addicts'. Dr. Jones tries to tell me my pain isn't that bad! REALLY!! In the attempt to police themselves, Pain Managers have failed their patients.

Dr Jones has gone an amazing job caring for me. She’s always available and has even come to my home. I would recommend her to anyone needing pain management

Dr. Jones is superb however the staff and Dr. Erian do not care and don't want to help. I am not referring to PAs or medical assistants or anyone else who assists Dr. Jones with medical treatment or procedures. The office staff aside from Ruth are incompetent and heartless for a field that requires a lot of both. I was accused of selling or not taking my medication as prescribed and told incorrect results of imaging that was for another patient by Dr. Erian. The bathroom for testing was overflowing with urine samples. I waited over an hour and more every visit to see the doctor or PA. Every medical refill was a challenge or difficult where I had to be the bridge for the pharmacy. I wish this was a situation where the doctor care overrides the staff but in pain management where you are brought to tears due to the pain I cannot continue or recommend going to this Office. The Doctor and medical staff are great. They need to revamp office staff and take classes on patient care.

I have been treated by Dr. Jones for over nine years for severe chronic pain. Without Dr. Jones, Chris, and the entire staff my life would be unbearable. The quality of care is second to none. I have been seen by numerous doctors during my 18 years of suffering with chronic pain and Dr. Jones is by far the most impressive, trustworthy, and compassionate doctor I have ever seen. Very grateful for my care...

Saw Dr. Jones and was very disappointed. Extremely painful joint after reviewing my MRI and x-ray, she seemed as if the MRI readings were no big deal. They ARE a big deal! I’m in great pain! And it’s a chronic condition!!! Wanted me to try a certain type of therapy but assured me it may or may not work. Well why would I do that, waist time out of my busy schedule, multiple visits for this therapy, pay every visit, and it “may or may not work!” I wanted a little more aggressive therapy like injections (which I mentioned) given my obvious chronic condition affecting my daily professional and personal life but I left with no pain relief only to find myself looking for another pain specialist and will never be returning to this office. Do not recommend unless you want a long drawn out plan of care (which would require a bit more aggressive therapy) for a chronic condition without immediate relief. Holistic approach doesn’t aways work (or at least, work for everyone)

Dr Jones is amazing! She is compassionate, thoughtful, and very concerned about my level of pain. She has always been there for me, especially when my pain was horrible and out of control! She called me a 8:00 pm one night, to make sure my prescription was called in. I have had MANY pain doctors and not one did tests to find out the cause of my pain! The first thing Dr Jones did was a thorough exam and mri of my problem areas. I am so thankful for her kind spirit and her empathy! I do not live close and I have a long drive to get to her office but it is worth every minute of the drive.

I have been with her for years. She listens. She is nonjudgmental. She once called me at 930pm because she knew I was in pain after surgery but had forgotten to call her before surgery for medications. She is practicing compassionate medicine.

I am so glad I was recommended to her by my PCP. I've seen so many pain management doctors and...I would not speak bad about them, but I was actually getting in worse shape through the years, and so was my pocket. Dr. Jones has given me my life back. She takes the time to listen and explain things to the patient. She doesn't rush treatments out of thin air, she gives you the best treatment that she recognizes will work for you. It's hard to find doctors like that. I truly recommend her.

I Absolutely Love Dr. Jones, her nurse practitioner Chris and her entire staff!! Before her I saw two other pain mgmt doctors one almost killed me putting me under(anesthesia) for surgery and she scarred me for life. Then I found Dr. Jones and she has been my savior so I can live a more comfortable life. She is professional, Compassionate and Caring. Both her and Chris don’t rush you, they listen with both ears and treat you like family. I am forever grateful all doctors should be like them!

I have way too many complaints to possibly write down in the space provided, and until I find another doctor to assist me with my condition, I hesitate to give out specific details. I have been told by another patient, how she isn't above calling other pain doctors to give off the record negative reports about issues she has had with you in the past. Thus, preventing you from finding the care needed elsewhere, if she finds out who you are trying to go to. Just beware of her! Please beware!

My experience was very good. She was very compassionate and non judgemental. She listened to me and examined me . She looked at the xrays that I brought in with me. She was patient and didn't rush through her visit me .. even though my history is complicated and the waiting room was full ( sorry ). I have been crying in pain and I needed extra time.. she gave it to me..she did not force me to do any injections or tell me that I had to take certain medications. She gave me options.

I got my life back!!! Dr. Jones is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone!!

1st appointment treated me like a drug addict. Had multiple surgeries recent. She wants peace love and happiness and worried about her practice on prescription medications than treating the patient. Had MRI and other reports, her Nurse Chrys is awesome. They have different views in treatment and reports but in the end Dr Jones cares about herself.

Dr. Jones has been my physician for several years. She is remarkable: knowledgable, skilled, intuitive, kind, compassionate, loyal, ethical, hard-working and efficient. My life is so much improved by her care. I travel from another city to see her - no other pain medicine doctor I have seen can compare with her. Her staff is first-rate - her P.A., nurses, technical staff, scheduler, reception, billing office - all rate five stars.

Dr Jones is an amazing, professional pain management physician. I would not be considered an easy patient, since I am allergic or highly sensitive to all medication. She readily takes on a challenge and is able to brainstorm and offer alternative procedures in order to help with chronic pain.
