Dr. Stephanie Green, MD

I just love love love my new Doctor: Dr. Stephanie Green. Thank you for being my GP!!She is patient, explains everything so that I understand it, does not treat me medically illiterates, asks and listens to how I feel, helps me make the right choices for my health, respects me as a person, recommends ways of dealing with issues as she would her own family and her own health. She has gained my trust 100%.I had a virtual appointment today that was just like we were chatting in person. I got my list of questions answered and feel pretty good about how she helps me take care of my helps to continue live independently as long as possible.Thank you Dr. Green.

She's the best doctor I've ever had! She's a great listener and is very easy to talk to. Very smart and knows what she's talking about. I just upgraded my insurance so I could go back to her after many years of receiving below average care elsewhere. Only downfall is that she is often booked weeks out :(

Dr. Green is a competent physician and takes time with each patient as is required and may even care. However, her group is impossible even a slight problem such as a swimmers ear requires an office visit, which can,t be scheduled for several days or weeks. The same goes for any other non emergency illness. You get directed to a clinic. Also office wait times with an appointment are way to long (+1hr often). But all of this would be accepted however Their billing service late bills +15 months

I have no problems with Dr. Green herself, but the wait time is ridiculous. My experience: 40 minutes to see a nurse practitioner, an hour for the doctor. The front desk staff told me that an hour wait was normal, and the intake nurse blew me off. Add to that the loud and terrible music playing in the wait room, and . . . no thanks. Not sure when it became acceptable for doctors to be this inconsiderate of patients' time.
