A doctor that listens
Dr. Crittenden has been my primary care physician for approximately three years. in my opinion her standout quality is her ability to engage with her patients. She makes the patient feel as if they are involved in their care decisions, not just along for the ride. I like the feeling that my voice is being heard. When I had to change insurance plans, I made sure that Dr. Crittenden would still be in-network so that I could continue to see her as my PCP.

Dr. Crittenden is the most caring doctor I have ever had. Takes the time to discuss any concerns. Very thorough in her questioning to diagnose any issues, talks about all avenues of treatment and doesn't hesitate to refer out to specialists. A real professional in my books.
