Stephanie Crawford is fabulous! She diagnosed the problem immediately, provided info / steps that needed to be performed at home and proscribed medication as needed along with a follow up visit.

Dr. Crawford always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, and answers all of my questions. She has shown compassion and empathy during every visit I've had with her. I know I am In great hands, under her care. I recommend her to all of my family and friends. She's truly such a wonderful Doctor.

Not for me
A doctor - patient relationship should be a partnership where there is mutual trust. It should not feel adversarial. This is part of why I no longer see this doctor. We were just not on the same page.My new doctor responds to detailed questions on on Mychart without automatically telling me to make an appointment. I read another 1 star review here that resonated. The term that seems to apply is “gatekeeping”. Also, the walls are thin in this office. I could hear another doc on a telehealth call.

I was very impressed with Dr Crawford and her assistant. Not only were they text book professionals but the care, interest, attention and time they spent or gave me was phenomenal. I haven't felt this heard, cared for or seen, via a doctor's office, in a long time. Kudos to Dr Crawford!
