No patient friendly environment
Went to see this doctor with a fractured foot and the secretary and the doctor is very unfriendly or they only nice to the Spanish speaker population. Even though the doctor might be knowledgeable I switched to another doctor for continuation of the treatment. In addition to, they overcharged you for equipment and also change your insurance. I would strongly advise not to see this doctor

She fixed a chronic sports-related problem which required minor surgery on both feet and a course of medication over several months. I visited her at both locations (prospect heights and Jackson heights). I’m very happy with the results and enjoyed my interactions with her. She’s very professional, clinical, and clearly cares about the outcome. No problems with scheduling or prescribing. Highly recommended based on my experience

What a rude, inconsiderate and thoroughly unprofessional individual. Twice I had been seen in her office by another podiatrist who could not have been more pleasant and attentive. But the third time, I ran into this pathetic excuse for a physician. She still charged me the copayment despite refusing to even look at my injured foot!

I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor. She is impatient, was disrespectful and didn't help me to solve the problem. I also reveived wrong information from her office twice regarding the insurance coverage which redulted in waste of time and money. Very bad experience, I would never come back.
