My visit with Dr. Stephanie Berlet-Dach was disappointing. My daughter-23 and I both had well-women's exams sched. months in advance. 1st appts. of the day. Despite the empty office, and neither of us having major concerns—our experience was unacceptable. I am 54, post-menopausal, no meds, no issues. Dr. Berlet-Dach spent 30 minutes or less with each of us and referred everything to a primary care doc. She told me any necessary tests, etc. for my age, like blood work, colonoscopy, etc. must be done this way. I asked the doc. to give my daughter a little extra care, as it was her first visit, and she was anxious. Despite assurances, my daughter was left feeling just as exposed & uncomfortable as me, with minimal discussion regarding birth control options. The experience felt impersonal and lacked the respect and care one would expect in such a setting. We both felt more like numbers than patients, like socialized medicine. I am sharing because you deserve better than our experience.

Dr. Dach is my absolute favorite. She cares, she listens, she resolves concerns. Highly recommend!

I will never forget the horrible experience I had with Dr Dach. Before I had children I went to her for a checkup in hopes she’s the Dr I’m looking for. I’m a plus size lady so I told her I would like to become healthier before I get pregnant. She looked me up and down and said, “if I was you I wouldn’t even know where to start.” I have no outstanding health conditions, just extra weight. She also said that if I were in her care and I was to become pregnant she would immediately send me to a high risk Dr. Literally for no reason other then a higher BMI. I never went back, needless to say. I went out to my car and cried. But, I went on to have 2 beautiful healthy children naturally with no complications. So take that, Dr Dach. I’d rather give birth in a field alone then have her speak horrible words over me and my child. So, if you are a plus size woman, AVOID DR DACH.

I've had surgery done by Dr. Dach. I've had no issues and love her disposition as my Doctor for many years. It is always a pleasure knowing she has my best interest in my health and staying healthy.

Dr. Dach is hands-down the best physician I have ever had. She should give courses in bedside manner. I am much less worried about my gyn health because I know I'm in good hands -- she is a fantastic listener, knowledgeable and thorough. You can see the wheels turning when she's getting to the root of a problem.

She informed me that what I thought was the problem was not and offered to get me started on a treatment plan while waiting on an appt with someone who could address the true issue. I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She was such a bully and would not listen when I tried to explain my condition (she was not familiar with it). I ended up very uneccesarily sick and stressed out from a procedure she forced. Later the specialist I was sent to agreed that it was a bad call. I was so upset I was left very late in the pregnancy trying to decide if I should find a new practice or just stick it out.

I absolutely love Dr. Dach. She takes the time to get to know her patients and creates a wellness plan with you as a partner. I never feel rushed during my appointment. The office staff is friendly and prompt to respond to any issues. I will never go anywhere else.
