Excellent Doctor
Dr Berg is a top-notch doctor. She has cared for my wife and myself for more than 10 years. My wife has a very complex medical situation. Dr. Berg expertly manages all aspects of her care for us. We will never use another doctor as long as she is practicing - she is that good. Dr Berg is knowledgeable, caring and always treats her patients with respect. She is in high demand, and thus very busy - and there is a reason for that - she's worth it. I know, and deal with many doctors and medical professionals - in fact, I grew up with one and am in the healthcare profession myself so I know of what I speak - Doctor Berg is a cut above when it comes to doctors and the care that she provides.

From severe illness to total health during Covid
Dr. Berg's office was one of the few willing to provide actual treatment during Covid. I was bedridden with it and with the treatment protocol her office prescribed, I was back on my feet within 24 hours. Other doctors should line up at her door to find out how she and her fellow doctors were able to keep patients like myself out of the hospital. I'll forever be grateful to her and her staff. Prior to this, I was a patient for several years and she always took the time to listen and help me to make the best decisions for my care.

Yet to meet her... Been there a couple of times and I always get the Nurse Practitioner. Dr Berg is rarely at the Frisco location. NP is very nice, but when you sign up with a new Dr, the expectation is you actually get to meet and build a relationship with that person. That has yet to happen in my case.

Dr. Berg is an expert in both human psychology and human medicine. What I mean by that, is that she knows the right amount of seriousness to use when you first come to her at the beginning—to inspire you to improve your health. Then every time you come back, she is the most supportive mentor and friend, listening to you and encouraging you in every good thing you’ve been doing. She is gentle and respectful, and explains test results like a professor. She wants you to “get it.” It’s not about her showing off—it’s literally teaching, and as an educator, I appreciate this a great deal. If I wasn’t moving, I’d be going to her for the next decade or more. Thank you, Dr. Berg! I feel more informed about my health and how to improve it because of you. Medicine is a profession where the word "clinical" is often used to describe interactions between doctor and patient. In this context, her kindness, humanity, and sensitivity to emotional well-being as well as physical stand out among the rest.

I've been a patient of Dr. Berg's for 8 years now and she's helped me through some frustrating health issues. She is a truly compassionate person and an extremely knowledgeable health care provider. She listens to your concerns, never makes you feel rushed, and allows you to be an active participant in your care by explaining treatment options and helping you choose what's best for you. Her office staff is just as great and her nurse is very on top of things. I highly recommend Dr. Berg.

Dr. Berg listens and has a great "bedside manner". She is informed with latest research and medical trends to be able to recommend treatment options best suited to her patient. I have made great progress in improving my health in just the past year by seeing Dr. Berg every 3-4 months.

Dr. Berg is one of those doctors who is in a class of her own ! I've been a patient of hers for at least 8 years . Very kind to give if her time when needed , I have never felt rushed . Very opened minded and not quick to write a perscriotion for a fix all . Dr. Berg believes in treating the whole person in hopes of correcting what might be wrong in the first place instead of applying a bandaid . She's a God send !

Dr. Berg has been my primary physician for about 4 and a half years now. She listens to what I say in a way that most Doctors don't. In addition she takes the time she needs to in order to explain things. And she is a very caring nice person. The best doctor I have ever had. The only down side is that she is very popular. Sometimes, you don't get appointments as fast as you might like. But once you are there, you have her full attentions. She also has an excellent medical assistant.
