Dr. Stephan Groth, MD

My last review stated he missed my endometrial cancer. It was written while I was angry and it was somewhat unfair. I would delete the review if it was possible.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THEN ONE STAR I WOULD. GIVEN THE LEVEL OF CARE I RECIEVED HAD THIS BECOME A MEDICAL EMERGENCY I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DIED. DR. GROTH ONLY CARED TO DO MY SURGERY WHEN HE BELIEVED I WOULD JUST FORK OVER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS RATHER THAN ATTEMTING TO GET MY INSUSNCES TO PAY SOME IF NOT ALL THE COST. HE DID AN EDIMETRAIL BIOPSY WITH NO PRIOR WARNING AND NOT EVEN AN EXPLAINATION OF HOW PAINFUL IT COULD BE. HE ALSO NEVER BROUGHT ME THE IBUPROIPHEN TO HELP WITH THE PAIN HE SAID HE WOULD JUST DISCHARGED ME. THEN REFUSED TO ANSWER ANY OF MY MESSAGES FOR 2 MONTHS WHEN I WAS PASSING CLOTS THE SIZE OF MY FIST. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. SHUT IT DOWN OR GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLES LIVES AND HEALTH ARE ON THE LINE.

He is an AMAZING obgyn. He listens to your concerns if you are high risk he gets 2nd opinions threw out the whole pregnancy. You get more sonograms (if wanted) with him than with a different obgyn. He is definitely in favor of the patient.

I'm always greatful to him for how he has helped me, he listened to every question and concern, also educated me on certain things I needed help understanding, it was very refreshing to have a doctor that didn't just rush you through the appointment. Forever greatful
