I came to Dr. Stasia Wiebers office at the referral of my primary care because I am not sleeping and it's negatively affecting my work and personal life. Now, you've added even more stress into that for just trying to seek some resolution. After almost two weeks, the office still has not submitted my request for approval to my insurance company for a sleep study.Brenda in your office needs to learn telling patients 'Well you should know you're not our only patient' is a terrible way to answer when I inquire why it hadn't been submitted. Best part is I was billed $400 for a 45 plus minute tele-doc visit which in actuality was 11 minutes. Phone check-in took 2 minutes, and I spoke with a doctor for 9 minutes on the phone because no matter how many times I suggested she unmute her mic in the video, she wouldn't.

Waste of time and money
If I could rate this doctor zero stars I would. I did not sleep during my sleep study and was told I slept for over 4 hours. Laying still with your eyes closed does not mean you are sleeping. I refused to waste my time and did not want to come in for a follow up visit. We had a one minute phone call and I was charged for a full visit. In the end I was billed over $1,300 for the sleep study and phone call only to receive flawed results.

Find someone who actually cares for you.
This is my mothers soon to be former dr. Since the start of working with my mother she has been very dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and completely lacks empathy. How are you even a doctor when you don’t care for your patients? I would prefer If “doctors” like this just retire and leave space for medical professionals that actually care about the lives that they are working with. If you don’t mind bare minimum care, she’s your girl.

Dreadful
I heard or read somewhere recently that if a doctor listens carefully, the patient will diagnose himself. No danger of that here: Dr. Wieber didn’t listen to — or perhaps didn’t understand — a word I said, and then had the unmitigated gall to tell me I wasn’t listening when I seemed reluctant to participate in a Sleep Study, the only product she seems interested in, or perhaps capable of, pushing; and I do mean “pushing.” Dismissive, arrogant, and, I’d wager, not very bright.

I had my first initial consult today after years of constant fatigue and no refreshing sleep. Saw Dr. Wieber I learned a lot about narcolepsy and sleep apnea. I was given options on what type sleep study I was comfortable with. And was given the pros and cons of sleep home study versus sleep study in center. She is very knowledgeable and had great medical advice to share regarding my asthma. I would recommend her expertise.

Honestly, this was the worst experience with a physician I have ever had. I went to see Dr. Weiber after suffering from severe fatigue. My general physician suggested I have a sleep study to assess my quality of sleep and hopefully get to the bottom of what was going on. I found Dr. Wieber to be short, dismissive, and lacking empathy. She stated I was on the border of not receiving enough REM or deep sleep, but that because the numbers were just below the cut off range, she couldn't help me. She told me to go on a tight sleep schedule of no more than 8 hrs to increase sleep quality which I did for a month. This caused my sleep patterns to go out of whack even further and I passed out a few times from the lack of sleep. Needless to say, I stopped seeing her. Since then, I have been diagnosed with a rare genetic disease that causes chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Thank God for doctors who listen to patients and work to find an answer or point us in a new direction rather than dismiss.

Been trying to get my cpap mask replaced for over a year. They keep telling me the will send script but don't. Now since i haven't seen doctor over a year she will not fill my script and says now I require an appointment. They expect me to wait 33 days which was her earliest appointment. My health is at risk I will just buy it myself.
