Dr. Stanley Hoehn, MD

I was sent from the VA to see Dr. Stanley D Hoehn at Kc Bariatric and I had the worst experience ever. This self proclaiming 25 year doctor started by asking if this was yet another VA referral because they can prescribe medication themselves and must have a contract with KC Bariatric, yet again. Then he asked if I had any FAT genes in my family that got me this way. After I stated I didn't want surgery he became upset and pushed Surgery for the only way for me to lose weight. He stated that IF I had already been in a VA program then I must have FAILED the Dieting and Psychotherapy programs already. He did't want to discuss any existing conditions, but instead asked if I had my knees replaced yet because at my weight it should have been done already. NO ONE should ever feel the way I did leaving. THIS is how he treated a 100% Disabled Veteran.

Dr. Hoenhn is not only physically handsome, he is internally Bountiful and full of wisdom. His compassion, joyful approach to each patient really speaks to his passion to help all who comes his way feel and look great. He has a heart of gold and carries it in his face)hands His patients care is outstanding and genuinely help all get their medical needs met. If your looking for a surgeon to help you look and feel better, check his office out. He has the best colleague in the entire Kansas city and all of them are eye candy for all. Who wouldn't feel better being operated on by a handsome crew of guys? I typically see women for my medical needs, since I don't let just any men touch my beautiful self, but guess what Dr. Hoenhn's office changed my mind. Tim is also a great guy and would recommend this team to anyone who want quality, compassionate care. Thank you my Heroes for saving my life. I love you all. Great bedside manner, puts you at ease and makes you feel confident. And is just great at what he does. I am 5 days post op and feel terrific. I expected this to be a much more painful recovery. I recommend 1000%

Dr Hoehn is a good doctor but I never get to see him. Instead it’s always the nurse Powell and not only do they charge specialist doctor fees like I’m seeing Dr Hoehn but Powell not even worth the money they should charge to see the nurse. I wish Dr Hoehn was in the office more and available to see his patients

Phenomenal surgeon. The best in the midwest region. If you want the best surgery with best possible outcome, go see Dr Hoehn.

Dr. Hoehn is amazing. Takes the time to answer any questions you have and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable with the journey your about to embark on. He’s very informative and supportive with whatever decision you make. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

He cares about his patients and wants them to do their best. If something happens and his patients needs him, he's not on the phone he's there with his patient.

He is an amazing man. As a sleeve patient of his (I'm 2 weeks out), he was incredibly informative and reassuring.. He took time to answer any questions and concerns I had at each step of my process. I had an accident which caused extreme weight gain so on my initial meeting with him I brought a picture of myself from 1 month before my accident. Dr. Looked at the picture and said "wow. Well let's get you back to healthy". I knew from that moment he was the right choice for me.

Kind, informative, and patient.. He did corrective surgery on me after an eroded lap and and there were many challenges to overcome. He overcame every one of them. You hear people say, He saved my life... But in my case that is exactly what happened.
