Dr, Golish performed decompression and fusion of S1, L5, L4 due to spinololysthesis. I have had back pain which had gotten progressively worse for the past ten years. Prior to my surgery, I was unable to stand or walk without excruciating pain. Surgery was performed six weeks ago and I am completely pain free. Dr. Golish was completely honest with me in regard to the seriousness of the surgery and the length and severity of the recuperation. There were no surprises. I could not be happier.

His plan was to start with images and PT, evaluate, then move to injections, I had 6 painless injections over 1yr for C7 and sciatica. These were effective in reducing my lower back pain. He tackled my neck the same way but without relief. Arterial Cervical Discectomy and Fusion surgery was needed by new MRI results. The outpatient surgery was well explained and was performed excellently. Post-op went great.15 days post-op and just about totally pain free, all numbness is gone; Fantastic Results
