The care provider left me with the idea that I would be receiving information regarding a test/procedure of some sort. However I have not heard a word from anyone

I went in for an anal abscess but basically didn't believe I was having symptoms of it. All that was talked about were my hemorrhoids when I know there is definitely something wrong that has nothing to do with them

Would not recommend
I was his first patient of the day He obviously didn't prep before coming to the room. He had no idea as to my reason for appt. He kept referring to results of my visit to ER in July. I had to keep telling him I did NOT go to ER in July. Said my pancreas and spleen were fine according to last CT in ER. I said that makes no sense how could an aneurysm suddenly be gone and pancreas stop shrinking I finally just walked out. Still waiting for clinic mngr to call me about horrible visit.

I saw Dr. Go a few years ago after having stomach flu like symptoms for 3 weeks straight, was referred to him by my doctor. Dr Go has absolutely no professionalism what so ever. He basically accused me of lying about my symptoms to get out of work (I love my job and have worked there 13 years) and then lamented about how difficult it would be to give me a colonoscopy because of my weight in a rude and insulting manner. I explained how crohns disease runs in my family and he basically called me a liar. This has pretty much spooked me from getting my stomach issues treated and I still suffer but I'm afraid of having another experience like this. If you get referred to this man...request someone else.

Took my father in for a colonoscopy. The pre-operation work led by the nurses went fine. However, for the results, Dr. Go showed no professionalism in delivering the news of a possible cancerous growth. His body language did not help with patients hearing for the first time, a cancer prognosis. He also offered no comfort with follow-up details. Later on, during the biopsy review phone call, he did not attempt to leave any voicemail and was VERY unprofessional in comforting his patient.
