I have never seen a Doctor's office where the people in the office had no compassion for their patients. The person I was looking for was out visiting patients, the Doctor was off and the person(s) I dealt with were acting like "so what are you telling us for". I guess they did not want anyone calling while they were having an in the office vacation day. I because my mom is a patient of theirs, who fell and was in the hospital. The person never even asked my mother's name. I am furious.

Appointments mean nothing in this office. Plan at least an hour beyond your appointment time to be seen, if they don't lose your appointment altogether. If you can deal with that level of disrespect, the doctors are fine.
