Great Doctor to see
I went to see Dr. Phillips today and he was great! He sat with me and provided a through examination. He gave me critical information for me to keep my ears, and nose in good shape and what to do when something happens. He was very patient friendly and answered all questions I had. He didn't RUSH me out, instead he sat with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him if you want a REAL doctor that is through, patient and caring. He is now my Ear, Nose and Throat doctor and I gave my wife his information so if she has issues she will see him.

I have had a gradual hearing loss over the years and Dr. Phillips and his staff were most helpful in hearing restoration with a comprehensive series of exams as well as the right kind of hearing aid to restore my ability to hear conversation . I was losing the ability to enjoy music as well as films with lots of dialogue. I am most grateful for the care I received.

Dr Phillips listened to all the complaints I had, discussed about each one, let me know which one is caused by my own improper care of my ears, and which ones are normal as i am aging, and not really serious. Dr Phillips is a great listener and responded to my concerns to my complete satisfaction. He also showed me how i can take better care of my ears. The office decor is very simple, almost monastic, but I did not go to his office for office decor, so that did not bother me at all.

Dr. Phillips has become my hero! After numerous runaround doctors appointments , X-rays , scans etc.. I decided to go back to Dr. Phillips even though he was not covered under my current insurance plan. I always trusted him throughout the years. He saw me , advised me and did an expensive medical procedure on me. His kindness and expertise pulled through as I expected! Understanding my insurance issue , he charged me the bare minimum and did above and beyond what most Doctors would do!!

Best. ENT. EVER! He's put tubes in two of my kids ears and removed one of their adenoids. He truly knows us as people and would know us outside of the office. Always asks about the rest of the family not present. Easy to get in to be seen. Once, my son had some trauma to his ear, and called the after hours number. Spoke to him within 5 minutes. Then he called on a SUNDAY just to check in and see how he was. Seriously heartbroken at moving and having to find another doctor who is similar.
