Beyond Neglectful
Changed my medication, no call or explanation. Three biopsies, no call or explanation. Referral to a surgeon, no call or explanation. When I called her in the middle of this, she was flustered and told me not to worry about it. In the end, I needed surgery. When I called the office to file a complaint, no call back. Beyond neglectful. Skip this doctor and practice. Also, she canceled appointments for myself and a family member last minute. Skip this doctor and practice.

Provider does not listen to needs of the patient, delayed care even if it medically dire. Provider is extremely neglectful, cancels appointments unexpectedly on the day of. The care is unacceptable.

Ignored me for years
Dr Taylor was my primary care doctor for 18 years. I initially trusted her but the last two years I saw her I started experiencing a variety of symptoms and she ignored me saying “lose weight it will help”. She refused to send me to a specialist when I pleaded with her in her office saying something wasn’t right. I left the office crying after she said it was all in my head. Needless to say I found another doctor that day, was in two weeks later and got the referral and finally got answers and am now getting treatment for the chronic health condition that she swore was “all in my head”. No one wants to feel dismissed especially over and over again. But that’s exactly what she did. Do not trust her with your health.

Cannot respond to ease of scheduling urgent appointment since I have not needed to do so. Since I left this question blank it may effect overall star rating. Too bad, she is really good!
