Dr. Stacy Frankel, MD

Wait time was minimal. MA was very cordial and friendly. Dr Frankel was knowledgeable, kind, professional and made me feel very safe. She had magic touch doing skin procedures.

Dr. Frankel is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. Any problems that show up on my skin are promptly handled. I recommend her highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frankel's for several years. I have found her to be professional, thorough, and caring. Her office staff are helpful but seem too busy. My supplemental insurance card was initially not put in to their billing system but they rectified this when I called. She did provide one topical cream for my face which actually left a scar that I did not have before but this comment is no reflection on her but instead on the product. I have never had more than a 15-20 minute wait to see her.

Dr Frankel is awesome. Smart, educated, compassionate, and very hard working young doctor. Easy to talk to and a very thorough dermatologist. She finds every pre-cancer and cancer then treats them appropriately and promptly. When she has to refer out of office, she has excellent specialists to whom she refers her patients. I'm very happy to have her for my dermatologist. She's on my A-team! I refer friends to her frequently.

Her admin staff horrible. The office manager will laugh at you if you're sick. She will forget you are a patient. You must have the proper insurance or go find another Dr. If self pay according to the manager can not see the Doctor. To me this is a butcher shop. Tried to contact the Dr. Never calls back nor can you complain to the Dr.

Dr. Frankel has been by dermatologist since April of this year. She accurately diagnosed my 2 facial skin marks, after a biopsy, as basal cell carcinoma, skin cancer. This lead to surgery to correct from spreading any further. She has been friendly, professional & caring; never rushed me out the door. She is honest & sincere; with an open door policy that I can call her regarding questions & clarification. I have & will recommend Dr. Stacy Frankel to everyone in need. She is the best.

As always my visit w Dr. Frankel went well. She is professional, caring, and personable. I have recommended her to others and they were so thankful. Her office staff and her medical assistants are very good. You never feel rushed and she listens to your concerns. I give her a 5 star rating in every category.

Stay away, these people accepted my health insurance and promised no payment and then sent an invoice later to pay. When I called in and asked why, the lady had a condescending attitude and hung up on me when I asked her to talk to me with respect. Also, the doctor herself acted like it was her first day on the job and was uninterested in my ailments...she basically did nothing and sent me a bill. Awful...

This was a very nice experience. The doctor is very calm and knowledgeable. Felt very much at ease asking questions, pointing to potential problem areas, and most important today taking time for me. Many of us have been pushed around in the medical circles but not DR Frankel. Kudos to you. Be very proud of how your patients are treated. One last important word here. The Doctor actually called me directly with test results. Almost unheard of in today's world. Again, thank you!
