Hello, My name is Lukas Shea and I have had mental health issues for my entire life. I have dealt with multiple psychiatrists but non as incompetent as Dr. David’s. Please exercise caution when considering her as your psychiatrist. The first red flag was a result in her not listening to my medication history. I had told her when I began treatment at Alli Center that I have been off all medications for 6+ months but she insisted on started me at 200mg time release tablets of a medication if started to high, can cause a potentially fatal skin condition. Dr. David’s will not refill medications unless you have made an appointment. Upon learning this I always made sure I did not have a break in my medications otherwise I detox and get sick. She kept insisting I had a break in melt medications even though I told her four times (I counted) there had been zero breaks in medication intake. Bad records? I ran out of characters but urge you to avoid Dr. David’s at all costs.

Often late for appointments, rude and dismissive, made mistakes on my meds more than once. I had to call and request my refills every month.

I wish I could give her 0 stars. Absolutely disrespectful and does not care about her patients. Highly recommend going to someone else.
