Wonderful Dr and Staff!

I’m sorry - not sure how else to get ahold of you. Dr. Gibson-Hull has always been a great doctor. But her new staff is making me want to take my son else where. They are being difficult. I can take my son in annually at any time his annual checkup. I do not have to wait 365 days. She told me I had to call Atnea first to verify. I told her I never had to they just place the appointment. I can take him in annually. She told me She didn’t know that and I have to call first. I told her I’m talking her and she can verify with them when she verify my insurance is still good. She told me that is not her job. So I don’t understand why if I know my insurance that I have to call them and ask them if anything changed can I still take my son in annually so he can see the doctor. And she will only take him if I said I talked to Atnea and they told me my policy hasn’t changed. I can still take him within the calander year and when she verified the insurance they would let her know.

Dr Gibson-Hull is amazing! Mark is our first son and she is so patient with all of our questions as new parents. She never rushes and always asks if we have any more questions. She is amazing with Mark. She also circumcised him and was very patient and thorough with the process. She is extremely sweet. Office staff is also efficient and quick. We haven't had to wait more then 10 minutes to get back to a room and see the doctor. We are definitely going to take all our kids to her!

My family & I love everything about Dr. Gibson-Hull. Her medical knowledge, attitude & interaction with patients is excellent. She answers every question & addresses every concern as if you are her most important patient.
