Dr. Stacey Ernest, MD

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 Star for Stacy Ernest MD. We’ve always had the best care at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital however this visit was awful. I took my 2 year old son with high concern because he had not urinated for over 19 hours… I was expecting test to be run for answers and piece of mind. Her response was “if he is not dehydrated or is not running a fever he’s fine just take him home and give him fluids!” She did not care to listen to my concerns and just seemed as if she wanted to leave the room as soon as possible. She typed on the discharge papers “Diagnosis: DIARRHEA. My mom is a RN at Desert Regional when I called her and told her my son’s symptoms she said “oh no take him to Loma Linda Children’s Hospital right away!” Only for this lady Stacy Ernest “MD” to show her lack of care and professionalism!… Wow go back to school, learn manners and do better!

Took my 17 year old, 6'2" son to the Pediatric Emergency room to be treated for a headache and high blood pressure. Dr. Earnest was very caring, patient and had a great bedside manner. She was an excellent listener and overall great doctor. Emergency rooms can be chaotic and can sometimes make you feel like they are trying to move on to the next emergency. Dr. Earnest was the complete opposite of that. It was greatly appreciated.
