Dr. Husen LISTENS to her patient, moves toward appropriate and timely referrals & diagnostics, and follow up quickly by message, phone call, and or in-person appointments with appropriate 'best practice' provision of care.When I check in or out, or contact her staff for assistance, every interaction is professional, empathetic, clear, and results-oriented.As a disabled veteran, retired Navy Chaplain, I had enough of marginal primary care providers elsewhere, when my pastor, a former medical medication lab scientist & director, pointed me toward Dr. Husen, as I wanted to take my new Tricare for Life to a doctor best suited to address my myriad of disabilities, with a good ear, sharp mind, and advocate. I was worn out from having to work so hard to advocate for me.Dr. Husen is MOST STRONGLY RECOMMENDED as a primary care physician and she is backed up by the perfect team.

Would not recommend! Had a as a dr for a year , i missed a few appointments and she dropped me as a patient. The wait is too damn long anyway

Dr. Husen is a very capable, knowledgable physician. I've only been seeing her for four months but I have gotten to know her well due to my frequent appointments. Her office staff is wonderful, speedy and clean. Due to the nature of my health and the difficulty of my illnesses, I will most likely be moving onto an Internist for my primary care. This change in no way reflects negatively of her care.

Dr. Husen is very competent and professional. I have a great relationship with her and able to joke with her and generally enjoy my appointments. However, she has made mistakes with my prescriptions. I am a very complicated patient so I give her grace for these mistakes. I would highly recommend her for a patient who is not as complicated as myself. I need to change to an Internist.

She is an amazing doctor, always attentive and patient. I cant imagine working with another at this point.

I've been a patient of this office for many years, however this was my first visit with Dr. Husen. I thought she was very patient. She listened/responded to my questions/inquiries. I look forward to my next visit with her on my road to better health and will probably have a more thorough evaluation. I've seen doctors where after the first visit there was no way I would continue to see them. This was not the case with Dr. Husen.
